Ordinary Eve
Our faith is not blind, it isn't about being spoonfed, it's a way of life and as such it involves dealing with...life.
Life will throw some wierd, difficult things at you and without thinking these things through before you meet them you are opening yourself up to foundering spectacularly. Thinking issues through before you have to face them is a good way to deal with them, after all God gave you a brain and he expects you to use it as best you can!
But there's no need to try and reinvent the wheel. A lot of thought has gone into the whys and wherefores of God, the universe and everything that can spark off your own opinions and help you make up your own mind.
Thinking is just about being aware of issues, looking for information on them and then making up your mind.
